They knew everything about it and did nothing to have the people leave. I asked for their help during my investigation and they didn't want to help at all. So to me as a former resident these took away my safety knowing it's ok for people to break in and steal your stuff and just turn the other cheek. The upgrades to the more upscale units are poorly done - stainless doors put on old rusted appliances - maintenance never fixed the leaky dishwasher. The staff will tell you it a no-smoking property, and the contract says that as well. When we complained, they said, smoking is allowed in the units and there was nothing they could do. The insulation is terrible and can hear traffic and noise from outside including horns and radios starting at 5 a.m. There is dry-rot under the spongy bathroom floor.
