The upgrades to the more upscale units are poorly done - stainless doors put on old rusted appliances - maintenance never fixed the leaky dishwasher. The staff will tell you it a no-smoking property, and the contract says that as well. When we complained, they said, smoking is allowed in the units and there was nothing they could do. The insulation is terrible and can hear traffic and noise from outside including horns and radios starting at 5 a.m. There is dry-rot under the spongy bathroom floor.
